Day-by-day Itinerary

• DAY 1 DAY 1 IN SAMBURU

  We will depart from Nairobi Daykio Plaza at 0730hrs from Tule Tutu safaris office. If you would like we can pick-up from your preferred destination. Enjoy a scenic drive to Amboseli National Park along the Nairobi,Thika Super Highway. A very relaxing drive through the savannah and within 3-4 hours you will have arrived just in time for lunch. Get the chance to comfortably check into your lodge or camp. Enjoy your lunch, unwind and enjoy the amenities. In the afternoon we will head out for an exciting game drive. With views of the Kenya�s Nothern Frontier. You�ll enjoy the sight of the mighty elephants many of them spotting immense ivory tusks. Experience nature at its most raw. Big game viewing & bird watching. In the evening your tour guide will return you to your reserved hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

• DAY 2 FULL DAY AT SAMBURU NATIONAL PARK

  We like to rise early while on safari to set an adventurous tone for the day. Right after breakfast, you will be picked from your lodge and head to the plains of Samburu for a day full of adventure. Soak in the excellent views before the clouds build up. Catch the big cats as they stroll through the savannah. This is the best time to spot lions, leopards and even cheetahs. Our game drive will also take you to the observation hill to have a better overall view of the park. Gaze at the big herds of elephants crossing right near your vehicle and get the chance to spot over 80 different mammals and over 400 different bird species. To add richness to your safari, you can include a visit to the local Masai tribesmen village. This visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is an exciting experience. Enjoy a picnic lunch before you continue with the game drive. In the evening you will return to your lodge to relax, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.

• DAY 3 DEPARTURE FROM SAMBURU

  Just like the day before, we will wake up early allowing us to embark for yet another adventure in Samburu. Enjoy your last moments in your hotel. Take a swim in the pool, enjoy the amenities and right after breakfast, check out and join your tour guide for the last game run before we exit the park. The morning drive out of the park is very rewarding. Get the chance to spot herds of elephants, buffalos and even lions. Watch as the predators either hunt or feed on their prey and soak in the glimpse of the Samburu. Have a relaxed drive via the Nairobi Thika Super Highway and arrive back in the city by lunch time. We will drop you off at Nairobi CBD or your requested drop off point, marking the end of the tour.
